1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms​

Welcome to Kaizdo ("Kaizdo" / "we" / "us" / "our"), operated by independent developer Li Shuai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered API proxy services, available at https://kaizdo.com (the "Service").

By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.

⚠️ Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description​

2.1 What We Provide​

Kaizdo provides an AI-powered API proxy platform that enables users to access various AI model APIs through a unified interface. The Service is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered via the internet.

2.2 Nature of the Service​

The Service is a digital, intangible product. Upon confirmed payment, access is granted immediately.

2.3 AI Model Dependency​

Our Service utilizes third-party AI model providers. Service performance and availability may be affected by the operational status of these providers.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility​

  • You must create an account with accurate information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@kaizdo.com.

4. Plans & Credits​

We offer both subscription plans and credit packages. For current pricing, visit https://kaizdo.com/pricing.

5. Billing & Payment​

  • Subscription plans use recurring billing until cancelled.
  • Credit purchases are one-time transactions.
  • Payments are processed by Waffo and Pancake — we do not store full payment card data.
  • Prices exclude applicable taxes.

6. Cancellation Policy​

Cancel anytime via Account Settings or email support@kaizdo.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Refund Policy​

  • First-time subscribers: Full refund within 7 days if usage ≤ 10% of plan quota.
  • Duplicate charges / service failure ≥ 72 hrs: Eligible for refund.
  • Unused credits within 7 days of purchase: Full refund.
  • Used credits are non-refundable.
  • Subscription plan credits expire at the end of each billing period (no rollover).

8. Acceptable Use Policy​

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content
  • Generate deepfake content that impersonates real individuals
  • Produce malware, phishing content, or cyberattack tools
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party
  • Resell or sub-license access without written approval
  • Train competing AI/ML models using Service inputs or outputs

9. AI Output & Intellectual Property​

  • You own the AI-generated outputs.
  • We do not use your inputs to train AI models without consent.
  • AI outputs may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability​

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAIZDO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. For EU users: nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
